Scooters have been all the rage this summer and will surely stay on until fall. It’s obvious why they’re such a hit, they practically ooze nostalgia: summers in romantic cities like Rome and Paris—that European carefree-ness (think: Diane Lane in Under The Tuscan Sun). Almost anyone looks wonderfully mysterious on a scooter—especially Vespas, and my new brand favourite with the same vintage shape, Stella.

But the question I always ask myself when seeing these stylish scooter riders across town: how do you coordinate your outfits and avoid clashing with your favourite seasonal ride?
